Proper Steps:

From a quadruped position with your shoe laces down on the floor, sit your glutes onto your heels
Reach as far forward as you can with your palms on the ground, and let your head sink between your arms
Walk to one side driving the opposite arm-pit into the ground with your head still sunk between your biceps, feeling for a stretch from your pinky finger to low back
Hold for some time before walking to the other side
