Proper Steps:

Begin in a shoulder-width stance with strong posture
Dip you hips back, and squat down to 90 degrees before exploding upwards into a ‘mini’ jump
Land softly on the balls of your feet, and let your heels gently kiss the ground before going into a successive repetition
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
