Proper Steps:
Begin standing shoulder width apart with a BB in the ‘Front Rack’ Position, elbows tucked slightly in front of your wrists Brace your core and pack your shoulder blades Dip your hips back, then snap forward to launch the BB up off your shoulder Complete the upward phase by pressing the BB to lockout with your biceps beside your ears Control the BB's descent back into the starting position
