Proper Steps:

Stand with strong posture, and a barbell in both hands with your palms facing downward, just inside shoulder-width
With your elbows taut against the body, curl the weight by bringing your pinky fingers towards your collar bone
Lower the weight to the starting position with control
Minimize any momentum and torso sway
