Proper Steps:

Seated with strong posture, wield a BB over-head with your palms facing the ceiling
With your elbows held isometrically by your ears, lower the BB behind you, feeling for tension in the triceps
Press the BB towards the ceiling by extending your elbows, with minimal lateral movement at the elbows
Try to keep the bar parallel with the ground as much as possible throughout the movement
