Proper Steps:

From a strong low-plank position, press your toes into the floor (like a calf raise) and move your center of mass forward towards your elbows
Press your forearms into the floor and drive your center of mass backwards towards your heels
To increase intensity, place your toes on a slider or towel and increase the distance your center of mass travels in both directions
