Proper Steps:

Begin lying prone (face down) on the floor
Squeeze your glutes and drive your sternum into the floor, and brace your core
Keeping you arms, legs, and head elevated, 
slowly create snow angels with the intention of maintaining whole-body tension
Repeat for time or desired amount of repetitions
