Proper Steps:

Lie on your side with your feet stacked, and your wrist + elbow lined up beneath both of your shoulders
Brace your core and elevate your hips so that you create a straight line from your heels, through your spine, to the top of your head
With your free arm extended above your shoulders, reach under yourself and touch the back of your rib cage, before returning to the starting position
Repeat on both sides for the prescribed amount of repetitions
