Proper Steps:

Lying face up, hold your extremities out in front of you as if reaching towards the ceiling
With opposing limbs reach out an arcing motion to tap the floor before returning to the starting position
Alternate symmetrically for the desired amount of reps, or for time
To increase the challenge, instead of reaching towards the ceiling, try pressing your free hand against your free knee as hard as possible, while reaching towards the floor with your mobile extremities
