Proper Steps:

Lie flat on your belly with your arms and legs reaching towards opposite walls
Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine
Simultaneously lift all of your limbs high as possible (without pain) whilst reaching in opposite directions
Return your limbs to the floor before alternating to the other ones
