Proper Steps:

Lie flat on your back with your feet floating above the ground
Engage your core by driving your belly button into the floor behind you
In a continuous alternating fashion, tap the floor with one heel while simultaneously lifting the other leg higher
Repeat symmetrically for the desired amount of repetitions
