Proper Steps:

In a strong low plank position with your elbows stacked under your wrists and a straight line from head to heels
‘Jump’ your legs into a wider-than-shoulder-width stance before rebounding back into the starting position
Aim to keep your hips low and in line with your shoulders as best you can, while performing continuous reps for the desired amount, or for the max amount with high quality form in the prescribed amount of time
