Proper Steps:

From a strong low-plank position with your elbows stacked underneath your shoulders
Reach with your knees to tap the same side tricep in an alternating fashion 
Perform this movement symmetrically for the desired amount of repetitions, or for the max amount of high-quality reps, evenly, in the prescribed amount of time
Aim to keep your hips low and in line with your shoulders as best you can throughout the movement
