Proper Steps:

Begin seated on your glutes with a straight spine and your legs floating above the floor
Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine
With your elbows close to your rib-cage, rotate through your torso and tap your hip with the opposite hand, before alternating to the other side
Repeat evenly on both sides for the desired amount of repetitions, or complete as many high-quality reps as possible in the prescribed amount of time
