Proper Steps:

Begin seated on your glutes with a straight spine and your legs floating above the floor
You can touch the floor with your fingertips for stability
Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine
Tuck your knees to your chest before returning them to the starting position
**At the bottom, try to keep your legs as close to the floor as possible with out resting them
