Proper Steps:

Begin hanging from a bar
Engage your core (and disengage your hip flexors) by squeezing your glutes, and drawing the front of your waistband toward your spine
Raise your toes to the bar by pulling your hips towards your rib cage, before controlling their descent back into the starting position
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
