With minimal knee bend, hinge your hips back and put your hands on the floor Walk your hands out into a high plank, with your wrists and elbows stacked beneath your shoulders, and a straight line from your head to heels From the high plank position, perform one push up before walking your hands back up into the starting position Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
