Proper Steps:

Begin in a shoulder-width split stance, facing a lower-than-knee height box with the ball of one foot touching the top of the box
Float your center of mass above the box, and switch your feet with a small jump
Pump your arms as if you are sprinting throughout this movement
Perform smooth and continuously for time or for the desired amount of repetitions
