Proper Steps:

Begin facing an appropriately sized box in an athletic stance
With strong upright posture, load your legs by dipping your hips back and swinging your arms down behind you
Throw your arms up overhead and explode up onto the box
Stick the landing with both feet, absorbing the shock in the same stance you used to load your jump
Return to the starting position safely
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
