Proper Steps:
Begin parallel to a small box or bench Load your legs like a spring, by dipping your hips back and bending your knees slightly Swing your arms back behind your hips Swing your arms towards your forehead Use both feet to launch your body up and over the bench Land quietly with both feet, facing the same direction you started Absorb the shock by prepping your legs for another jump, and repeat evenly in both directions for the desired amount of repetitions
