Proper Steps:

Begin in a strong high plank position, creating a straight line from head to heels with your core braced tight and your hands gripping the floor
Lower yourself into the bottom of a push up and hold for a second
Push your hands through the floor, and explode upwards so that your hands leave the ground
Catch yourself softly and return to the bottom of the push up
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
