Proper Steps:

Begin in a strong high plank position, creating a straight line from head to heels with your core braced tight and your hands gripping the floor
Press through the floor and explode upwards, allowing your hands to leave the floor
Catch yourself softly and immediately begin the next rep
Repeat continuously for the desired amount of repetitions
