Proper Steps:

Begin standing on one foot facing a box or bench
Load your leg by dipping your hips and swinging your arms back, and bending your knee slightly
Spring up onto the box by “unloading” your posture
Land softly on the same foot you jumped off of, before returning to the starting position safely
