Proper Steps:
Begin in a split stance, with your jump leg posted on a box or bench set below knee height and your arms bent 90 deg. In running form Shift your weight onto your lead leg, and drive your rear leg upward toward your chest, swinging your arms as if you are sprinting Allow your leg drive to launch you upward, then land back on the box softly with the same foot and return to the starting position with control Repeat for the desired amount of reps, evenly on both legs
