Proper Steps:

Begin standing on the edge of a box or bench with one leg, and the other hanging freely
Sit down and back onto the heel of your standing leg and deep as you can, with your free leg moving closer to the floor
Drive through the heel of your standing leg and return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired amount of reps on both legs evenly
