Proper Steps:

Begin in a shoulder-width stance with strong upright posture
Sit down into a squat with your arms loaded behind your hips
Hold for a couple seconds to dissipate elasticity (and challenge explosiveness)
Throw your arms overhead as you explode upwards
Land softly with both feet, and absorb the shock as you descend into another squat in preparation for a successive jump
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
