Proper Steps:

Maintaining a tall spine with strong posture, lift one knee towards your chest and hug it 
Try to pull your knee as high to your chest as possible, without excessively arching or bending your spine 
Take a couple steps forward, and hug the other knee 
Repeat for distance or for a desired amount of repetitions
