Exercise: Walking Single Leg Deadlift

Proper Steps:

Stand on one leg with slight knee bend by lifting one knee towards your chest
With your floating leg, drive your heel straight back behind you and tip over, lowering your torso to knee height
Reach overhead with both arms letting your biceps pass your ears
Feel for a stretch in the backside of your standing leg
Contract where the stretch is felt, and swing your floating leg forward to take a step
Repeat everything on the other side evenly
