Proper Steps:

From a strong 9090 frontside shifty, place your hands behind the hips to support the spine
Drive the big to of your rear foot into the ground and swoop your heel under as your pull your rear knee to the ground on the opposite side
Keep your lead knee pressing away from your other knee and keep them as far apart from each other until you end up in 9090 on the other side
