Proper Steps:

Seated with a tall spine, ‘head-lock’ your knee into position by wrapping your outside arm under and grabbing your other bicep
With the free arm, touch under the raised knee’s cap, making sure to feel for movement (there should not be any)
In either (and both) directions, draw the biggest circle possible with your big toe
