Proper Steps:

From a deep squat aka ape posture, grip the floor out behind you in the direction youd like to travel
Shift your weight onto that limb, and support your body with control as you spring your legs over behind your hand, landing softly on the balls of your feet before rolling into the ape posture
Continue your journey alternating in a zig zag pattern across your playground
