Proper Steps:
From a strong high-plank, plant one foot flat besides your wrist Keeping your hips high, lower your shoulders onto the floor in a low-plank position before pointing your inside hand at the ceiling, watching your hand as your rotate Place the inside hand on the floor and track your outside hand with your eyes as your point it at the ceiling Return to the starting position, and repeat on other side Aim to align your wrists/shoulders vertically in all rotations
