Proper Steps:

Begin standing tall with your elbows tucked tight against the rib-cage with your palms facing forward
Irradiate tension throughout your entire body by isometrically contracting every muscle
Imagine as if the air has gotten a lot more dense, and is harder to move through
Perform both a bicep curl and tricep push down motion against the air with your palms facing down, and then again with your palms facing up. This is one rep.
