Proper Steps:

Begin in a wider than hip width deep squat, with your chest up, spine tall, and core engaged 
Reach ahead and grip the floor firmly with both hands
Extend your legs and ‘hop’ forward, by pulling the ground under you and back into the starting position with your feet ouside your hands
Repeat with good form for the desired amount of reps
