With strong posture create tension throughout your entire body by bracing your core and corkscrewing your feet into the ground With one hand trace a large arc up overhead At the top, rotate your palm outward and your thumb inward Continue tracing the largest arc behind you WITHOUT turning your torso Continue to twist your thumb inward, so that at the bottom your thumb is pointing backwards Reverse everything slowly with complete control and tension throughout
