Proper Steps:

Lay face down on a bench or mat with a well aligned spine and 3 points of contact with the bench: Your waistband, chest, and forehead
Brace your core, and create tension throughout your body
Start with your hands high up behind your back in a ‘handcuff’ position with your elbows driving up towards the ceiling
Keeping your elbows high behind you, extend your arms and slowly create a big snow angel until your hands meet overhead with your palms facing the ceiling
