Begin in ‘Ape Posture’ Place your trail hand on the ground ahead of your lead foot and your lead hand shoulder-width ahead of it Shift your weight onto your arms and shoulders, with your shoulders stacked above your wrists Set your trail leg down ahead of your lead hand, followed by your lead leg back into starting position Repeat with control and proper form Keep your hips low at first, and increase as your gain proficiency
