Proper Steps:

From a Quadruped position, sit back onto your heels to lock your lumbar spine (low back)
Touch your spine with one hand, then move your elbow from touching your other elbow, to pointing at the ceiling
Repeat evenly on both sides for the desired amount of repetitions
