Proper Steps:

From a 6-point quadruped position (toes, knees, and hands) irradiate tension throughout your entire body by squeezing your glutes, the floor with your hands, and bracing your core
Without bending your elbows, move your upper body between your shoulders by create circles with your shoulder blades
Move with the intention of controlling your body, and make sure to work evenly in both directions
