Proper Steps:

From a Quadruped position
Touch your spine with one hand, then move your elbow from touching your other elbow, to pointing at the ceiling
Aim to achieve the largest range of motion possible without shifting through y our low back and hips
Repeat evenly on both sides for the desired amount of repetitions
