Proper Steps:

Begin in a deep squat or ‘Ape Posture’
Extend one leg in front of you and put your hand down beside the extended leg’s hip
Shift your weight onto your supporting arm and swiftly switch which leg is extended and which is retracted
Continue the rep by shifting you weight onto the other hand, and repeating the process
Remember: Slow is smooth, smooth is fast
