Proper Steps:
Stand tall with a vertically aligned spine, chin tucked, and arms folded across your chest Irradiate tension throughout the entire body by squeezing your glutes, bracing your core, and squeezing your elbows against your rib cage Perform the CAR by doing a ‘crunch’, rotating your chest to one side, doing a ‘side bend’, arching your upper back, rotating to the other side, side bend, then back into the initial crunch (one rep) Move slow with control evenly in both directions
