Proper Steps:
Begin lying on your side with a vertically aligned spine, and your top knee bent and driving down against a fixed object like: a foam roller, your other knee, etc. Start with both hands stacked at shoulder height Sweep your top arm up and around your body, rotating your palm toward the floor and bending your elbow into the handcuff position once your shoulders lay flat Reverse the motion and return to the starting position Repeat evenly on both sides as desired or prescribed
