Proper Steps:

Begin in a downward dog or ‘Pike’ Position with your hands about shoulder-width apart, and your feet elevated on a stable surface
Your biceps should be behind or beside your ears, with your core braced and your hands gripping the floor
Lower your forehead to the ground, before pressing your body back up into the starting position
