Proper Steps:

Stand feet shoulder-width a part.
Lower your hands to the floor with your feet in-between your hands.
Kick your feet behind you, going into a pushup position.
Either stay in this position for a 2 seconds, or add a pushup for more of a challenge.
Frog jump your feet back in between your hands.
Jump back up into the air.

To reduce impact, take away the any undesired jumps.
