Proper Steps:
Start by standing feet shoulder-width a part on the ground or at the top of a mat. Lower your hands to the ground, and crawl out into a push-up position. While either staying on your toes or dropping to your knees, lower your forearms to the ground into plank position. Hold the plank for several seconds. Crawl your hands back to your feet, and up to standing position. Repeat.
