Proper Steps:
Start in pushup position with both hands and feet on the ground. Bring your left foot up on the outside of your left hand, and then bring it back to starting position. Do the same thing with your right side by bringing your right foot on the outside of your right hand, and then bringing it back to starting position. Repeat. To make the exercise more difficult, speed up the pace.
