Proper Steps:

Start in a deep squat position.  
Place your hands on the ground in front of and across your body. 
Push into the floor with your hands to lift your feet off the ground.  
Land with your trailing foot first (if moving left, land on right foot first), and sweep the lead leg (left in this case) across the front of your body, using momentum to rotate.
Your trailing hand (right) will come off the ground and you will land hand and foot at same time into a crab position.
