Exercise: Forward/Backward Traveling Crab (Crab Walk)

Proper Steps:

Start in a crab position; fingers pointed in away from toes, shoulder blades pulled down together, chest open, chin up, tailbone pointed towards floor (Not tucked under).
Pick one hand and opposite foot off the ground one inch, moving forward or backward, landing both the same distance in the same direction. 
Now pick up the other hand and opposite foot to move the same direction and distance as the first.
Continue this alternating contralateral lift and step as desired
