Proper Steps:

Start by Sitting on the ground with your feet in front of you, make sure to have a slight bend in the knees
Place your hand down slightly wider than shoulders directly beside you, make sure your fingers are pointing the same direction as your feet.
Distribute the weight amongst your hands and feet by forming a bridge with your body
While maintaining that bridge unbend and bend at the elbows to work the triceps.
